How to Order
Browse the website and add selected products to your cart.
Proceed using PayPal or the regular checkout process.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping address.
Use the Discount field if you have a valid promotional code.
Review your delivery details → enter payment information → click Complete Order.
A confirmation message will display on the website, and a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact support with:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
Once confirmed, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an email with your order number and purchase information. Please check spam or junk folders if it does not appear.
Order Updates
Order update requests must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted.
After this cutoff, the order may already be in processing.

Cancelling Orders
