Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled only while it has not been dispatched and has not entered production.
When cancellation is approved before shipment, the full purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Orders already passed to the carrier cannot be cancelled.
Returns
A return request must be made within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify, returned products must meet these conditions:
The item must be unused and remain in the original condition.
All original packaging must be included in the return.
A valid purchase proof or order confirmation must be provided.
Please contact customer support before sending a return. Return instructions must be provided first and followed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one total shipping charge, including original delivery and return shipping when applicable.
No restocking charge will apply.
Refunds
After the returned product arrives and is inspected, an email will confirm that the return review has been completed.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
Review your bank account once more.
Contact your credit card issuer, as posting may need additional time.
Contact your bank, since processing schedules may vary.

Return Shipping
Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided.
Customer-preference returns or other customer-related returns may require the customer to pay return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs will be covered.
